Located in the beautiful Rockwood Falls Estates in southern Johnson County, this 5,600 s.f. , 1 story walkout, while presenting a more traditional European inspired façade, features unique custom interior finishes of a more modern nature in keeping with the homeowners’ personal style. The blending of the two styles produced a stunning custom home appreciated by the 3,500 people who toured the home this summer resulting in a sizeable contribution to the Children’s Train Garden.
