Kansas City ASID Home of the Year, and received Professional Builder
Magazine's Best in American Living Award in that same year. In 2000,
2001 & 2004, Ashner was awarded KC Homes and Gardens' Gold
Award Home of the Year and their 2002 Grand Prize for Maintenance
Free Home. Recognition continued with three separate national honors
in Professional Builder Magazine's Best in American Living Awards,
for a 2007 luxury home at Mills Farm. In 2011, an Ashner Construction
home in Loch Lloyd received "Best Custom Home of the Year" from
KC Homes and Gardens. More recently, Ashner won the American
Dream Home Grand Award, Spring 2015, in Wilshire By The Lake.
